In an era shaped by globalization and rapid advances in artificial intelligence, economics, finance, and business are undergoing profound transformation. Understanding the global economic system, financial markets, and cross-cultural business environments has become essential for future talents.

An increasing number of high school students seek to:

· Gain early exposure  to university-level economics and finance

· Develop an understanding of the global economy and business world

· Enhance English communication and academic expression skills

· Collaborate with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds

In response, Fudan University proudly launches this English-taught summer immersion program, bringing together students from around the world.

Through a combination of:

· Academic coursework in economics and finance

· Cross-cultural collaboration      

· Corporate visits

· Research-based project

students will develop a deeper understanding of global economic systems while cultivating an international perspective.

During the 8-day immersive experience, participants will:

· Explore global  economics and business topics

· Complete group research projects with international peers

· Visit leading enterprises and learn from industry professionals

· Engage in diverse cultural exchange activities

Ultimately, students will strengthen their:

· Global perspective

· Cross-cultural communication skills

· Academic and professional English proficiency

Program Highlights

1. Fudan Academic Curriculum

Courses are delivered by Fudan University faculty, covering key areas such as:

· Economics

· Finance

· International Trade      

· Business Innovation      

Students will gain a structured introduction to university-level disciplines and develop a foundational understanding of how global economies and businesses operate.

2. Industry Mentorship from a Fortune Global 500 Company

The program features guest lectures and mentorship from professionals at Allianz Group, a Fortune Global 500 company.

Through financial literacy sessions, career talks, and real-world case studies, students will:

· Understand how the financial industry operates

· Learn fundamentals of personal finance and investment

· Explore career pathways in global finance

3. Global Student Community & Cross-Cultural Exchange

Students from diverse backgrounds will come together through:

· Cultural exchange activities

4. Cultural Immersion: Global & Chinese Perspectives

The program includes a dedicated cultural module featuring:

· Chinese traditional culture experiences

· Shanghai city exploration

· Fudan campus life and academic culture

Students will experience both global diversity and the unique richness of Chinese culture.

5. Research-Based Learning Experience

Participants will work in international teams on a research project themed:

“China and Global Economic Cooperation”

Final outputs include:

· Group research report

· Academic presentation (in English)

Students will enhance:

· Research and analytical skills

· Teamwork and collaboration

· Academic English communication

Curriculum Structure

From July 2 to July 8, each evening will feature a “Cultural Night”, creating vibrant spaces for students to connect, share, and experience diverse cultures.

Eligibility

global high school students

Ideal candidates:

· Interested in economics, finance, or business

· Motivated to improve English proficiency

· Eager to experience an international learning environment

· Curious about future academic and career pathways

Applicants whose first language is not English or who are not currently enrolled in an international curriculum are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or other equivalent proof of English proficiency.

Recommended Scores:

IELTS 6.0 or above, or TOEFL 90 or above.

在全球化与人工智能快速发展的时代，经济、金融与商业正在发生深刻变化。理解全球经济体系、金融市场运作以及跨文化商业环境，已成为未来人才的重要能力。

越来越多的高中生希望在进入大学之前：

基于这一背景，复旦大学推出英文授课的中学生夏令营。项目汇聚来自各国学生，通过 经济与金融课程、跨文化交流、企业参访与研究课题 等形式，帮助学生理解全球经济体系，并在国际化环境中培养全球视野。

在为期 8天的沉浸式学习交流 中，学生将：

· 与国际学生共同完成研究项目

一、项目特色

1. 复旦大学学术课程体系

课程由复旦大学相关领域教师授课，围绕 经济学、金融学、国际贸易与商业创新 等主题展开，帮助学生系统了解大学阶段经济金融学科的核心知识框架，理解全球经济运行与商业发展的基本逻辑，建立初步的学术认知。

2. 世界500强企业导师深度授课

项目邀请 世界500强企业安联集团（Allianz）行业导师参与授课与分享，通过金融素养课程、职业发展讲座及真实案例分析，带领学生了解全球金融行业的发展趋势，并分享真实职场经验与职业成长路径。

学生将通过行业导师课程：

· 了解金融与商业世界的真实运作

· 学习个人金融规划与投资基础

· 建立对未来职业发展的初步认知

3. 全球学生跨文化交流

项目汇聚来自多元学子，通过文化交流活动、国际小组合作与跨文化讨论，让学生在真实国际环境中学习交流与合作。

通过多元文化互动，学生将：

4. 世界文化与中国文化深度体验

项目特别设计 世界文化交流与中国文化体验模块，学生将在交流中了解不同国家文化，同时深入体验中国文化与上海城市文化。

学习内容包括：

· 世界文化交流活动

· 中国传统文化体验

· 上海城市文化探索

· 复旦大学校园文化与学术氛围

通过多维度文化体验，学生将在短时间内感受 全球文化的多样性与中国文化的独特魅力。

5. 国际研究项目实践

学生将组成国际小组，围绕 中国与全球经济合作 主题开展研究。

最终以 英文小组报告与展示 形式进行成果汇报。

通过研究项目，学生将提升：

九、考核方式及证书授予：

项目结业证书：根据学员出勤情况及随堂测验结果综合评定。全勤参与并通过小测验者，将获得复旦大学颁发的非学历教育结业证书。

课题成绩评定证明：完成小组课题研究并进行汇报的学员，将获得一份注明课题题目及成绩等级的评定证明。

表现优异者将获得教授推荐信。

十、退费政策

如因主办方原因取消项目，将 全额退还学费。

因学员个人原因申请退费：

2026年6月21日12:00前可退还 50%学费

2026年6月21日12:00后不再接受退费申请。

退款将按人民币原路退回至付款账户，由此产生的银行手续费由退款申请方承担。
